Being experts in our field we are often asked many questions regarding tile imports.

Do I need to organise my own transport for the collection of tiles?

No, we can take care of everything, from loading at the factory to the delivery of your chosen products to your premises. 

How long will it take for my chosen products to arrive?

 If the factory has your chosen items already produced  – then the order could be packed and delivered to the UK within 10 days.

What determines the price of a tile?

Many different factors go into the price of a tile which can include: Material, Country of Origin (shipping, cost of labour), Colour (darker colours can be more expensive), technology (new finishes, textures), etc.

Can I use a floor tile on a wall and vice versa?

You can use a floor tile on the floor or wall. However wall tiles can only be used on walls. Wall tiles are not made to withstand the same pressures and traffic as floor tiles and they will crack.

Can you source any tile?

Tile Imports can source most products by drawing from our huge library of currently available ceramic tiles. We have a proven capacity to rapidly source and/or develop new project specific tile products and options.

Will the price of the product depend upon current exchange rates?

Yes, our pricing structure will be subject to currency fluctuations, but once we have quoted you a price, it will stand for a period of 30 days.
